MY ROLE – SR. DIGITAL CREATIVE LEAD:
It Cosmetics was acquired by L’Oréal for $1.2 billion.
• Creatively led the digital department and oversaw all content creation for product launches, email marketing, social media, videos, and e-commerce
• Contributed to the development and the relaunch of a new e-commerce platform. Provided critical guidance on wireframes, UX and conducted a QA at the beta stage. The redesign resulted in 148% net revenue increase YOY on the first month of launch
• Improved email marketing performance by bringing the creation in-house, revamping creative, and designing several reusable email templates. Led to an average of 22% click-through rate and a 10% conversion rate
