UNIQLO – New Market Entry Analysis

This project was done as part of a graduate thesis for Global Fashion Management master’s program at FIT. I worked with Fedor Rosenblat, a Production Manager at Ralph Lauren, and we tested assumptions through industry and customer research, and gave our advice to UNIQLO on how to best approach Israeli market entry.
